Data we process

  • Account: name/alias, email, and authentication provider (username/password, Google, or Sign in with Apple).
  • Operations: internal user ID, language, preferences, participation in leagues/pools.
  • Notifications: device token for push notifications (opt-in; you can disable at any time).
  • Diagnostics & basic analytics: stability and error metrics (e.g., Crashlytics/Analytics without IDFA).
  • Support: messages you send us.

What we do not do

  • No cross-app/website advertising tracking (no ATT/IDFA).
  • No sale of personal data.

How we use your data

  • To provide and operate the App (authentication, picks, leagues, notifications).
  • Security, abuse prevention, and support.
  • Aggregated analysis to improve stability and user experience.

Legal bases

Performance of the service, our legitimate interests in security/diagnostics, and your consent (e.g., for marketing notifications if you enable them).

Sharing

With service providers that help us operate (hosting, push messaging, crash analytics) under appropriate data processing or service agreements.

Retention

We keep your data while your account is active. If you request deletion, we schedule removal subject to legal/technical constraints.

Children

PickWarriors is not directed to children under 13 (or the local minimum age).

International transfers

Some providers may be outside your country. We implement appropriate safeguards (e.g., standard contractual clauses).

We use reasonable measures to protect your information; no system is 100% secure.

We will post updates here. If a change is material, we will notify you in the App or by email.
