1. Acceptance
By using the App or the site, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
2. Service & eligibility
PickWarriors provides sports pick'em/pools for entertainment purposes. You must be 13+ (or local minimum age) and have capacity to contract. No real-money gaming occurs within iOS.
3. Account
You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential. We may offer access via Google and/or Sign in with Apple. Do not share your account. We may restrict or suspend accounts for violations.
4. Acceptable use
- Do not violate laws or third-party rights.
- No unauthorized access, interference, or data extraction from the service.
- No illegal/offensive content or IP infringement.
5. Picks, contests & disclaimers
Any leaderboards, points, or prizes (if any) are governed by the Official Rules published in the App. Apple is not a sponsor nor responsible for these contests.
6. Notifications
You may opt in to notifications and disable them at any time.
7. Intellectual property
The App, design, code, and content are owned by their respective holders. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the App under these Terms.
8. Payments
If purchases/subscriptions are offered in the future, applicable terms and prices will be displayed; in-app purchases for digital content/services within iOS will use Apple's IAP where required.
9. Suspension & termination
We may suspend or terminate your access for violations. You can request account deletion from within the App.
10. Availability & warranties
The service is provided "as is." We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free operation. Live scores data is provided by a third party when available and we have no resposibility on the accuracy of the information.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to amounts you paid (if any) in the 12 months prior to the claim.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms; changes will be posted here. If a change is material, we may notify you in the App or by email.
13. Governing law & venue
laws of the State of Indiana, U.S., and courts with jurisdiction.
